The artwork is a painting of Bird of Paradise plant that I grow in my garden. The original artwork is 50cm x 70cm on paper which is available also in my Etsy store.

Bird of Paradise (Strelitzia Reginae) is a tropical plant with a big size orange-blue blooms. Strelitzia family is relative to agricultural bananas and I am growing mine in the garden for more than 10 years now. Every year during winter months, there are more than 40 blooms per pot.

A strategically placed accent can bring the whole room to life, and this pillow is just what you need to do that. What’s more, the soft, machine-washable case with the shape-retaining insert is a joy to have long afternoon naps on.
